• The minimum rental period is 24hrs, our pricing is based on 8.30am pickup and 8.30am drop-off.

• Hires include a mileage allowance of 150 miles per day, up to a maximum of 700 miles per week. Excess mileage is charged at 15p per mile.

• All hires include fully comprehensive insurance (subject to excess) & breakdown cover.  The standard excess on our insurance is £1500.  Excess waiver can be purchased for £15 per day to reduce the excess to £250.

• The customer is fully liable for any damage to the vehicle up to the value of the insurance excess selected at the time of hire. In the event of acts of neglect, including but not limited to overhead damage, undercarriage damage, or driver abuse, the hirer will be liable for the full cost of any losses and/or repairs.

• Our insurance covers for drivers aged from 25 to 69, who have held their licence for a period of no less than 2 years. All drivers must present a full valid driving licence, along with 2 forms of ID to verify the address on the licence. Driving Licence checks will be carried out. We can only accept driving licences with no more than 6 penalty points for minor offences, with no driving bans in the last three years and no major endorsements such as IN (insurance offences), DR (drink-driving), DD (dangerous driving), DG (drug-driving), CD (careless driving) or MR (mutually recognised offences).

• Additional drivers are charged at £10 per day.

• Deposits are required on all rentals.

• Our fuel policy is level to level, to be returned with the same amount as when the vehicle goes out, please note we do not do refunds on overfills.
